Shane was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of buying a home! A friend of mine that used him to get a mortgage recommended him to me, and it was a great experience. He always explained things clearly, was quick/responsive, and was never pushy in any way (saying this because some lenders/brokers have tried working the numbers in unrealistic ways to try and convince me to buy a home after expressing hesitation).
