I got some health concerns regarding my pregnancy and had to admit to the hospital for urgent check-up. I’ve tried to call them non-stop 2hrs before my appointment but of course no one picked up the phone until half hour before my appointment then I finally spoke to someone. I explained to her my situation and this is out of my control. The products and head massage are lovely, but I left disappointed as I didn't get my full appointment time. I booked in for a 90 minute appointment but in total got about 70 minutes (20 minutes under what's advertised). When I asked about the 90 minute treatment time, the staff member tried to tell me that room change-over is included in my appointment time (I've never been somewhere that does this) and that because my hair is shorter, she could finish early. The worst customer service EVER! Shocking how they think this is okay. Picture this.. i have just driven 50mins for my 3pm appt, that I have had booked for over a month. Really looking forward to relaxing but instead leaving with extremely elevated blood pressure! Average at best, I’m glad I booked with the head spa special as I basically just paid $100 for someone to wash my hair & face. Unfortunately it didn’t feel relaxing at all - it actually hurt abit, the only tool used was what felt like a hair brush on my scalp.. everything felt rushed and the waterfall is stationary at the top of head so you stop feeling it after 30 seconds. Disappointing as I really thought this place was one of the higher end ones..
