As someone who has limited experience meditating but always want to practice, this type of induced meditation session is eye opening and interesting to say the least. I went in with a lot of curiosity and the experience was amazing. They are so thoughtful and have all sorts of spa grade toiletries in the private room. I especially liked the star ceiling and meditative music in the pod. It was so relaxing in the warm water that I fell asleep for good 30 minutes.
