This was my first time ever visiting, and I very rarely actually do reviews but I had a really great experience here. There are people who have good customer service, and then there are people like Hana who really genuinely care about people and their wellness. She made sure that my experience was relaxing and invigorating, not just physically but on a spiritual level too. I really needed that and she was an absolute angel. Thank you so much Hana!
Booked my first ever facial on a whim the night before with Samantha. I have NEVER felt more pampered and comfortable than I did during my experience. My skin was visibly glowing and my body was overall more relaxed. It’s the next day and my makeup has never looked better. 10/10, I cannot wait to come back.
Myself and 2 friends were booked for services at the same time during a trip to bend. Spa was more than accommodating of this and when the time came, they had an employee call out. They were still able to make it work and adjusted their schedule to make sure we were all seen that day. Great service!
I had a deep tissue massage by Kelly and she was amazing. I asked to focus on an area with a lot of knots and tension and she did just that! Kelly was great and working the knots to relieve tension.
Teresa should get 10 stars. I just had another amazing facial! I have had the pleasure of experiencing many facials, but Teresa’s work stands in a league of its own.
