I used to love coming to this location the customer setvice and prodyxrs were awesome just until yesterday, unfortunately my just opened back up pen broke went to exchange it within the return policy. If you have ever exchanged a pen prior they will deny you even though the pen is more than 3/4 full and it seeped out of the charge port and the top. I will never purchase from this location.
