I try to only give positive reviews on yelp. However, I'm appalled at the lack of professionalism from this establishment this afternoon. I wasn't greeted when I came in. I put my name and phone number on the list. A good 20 minutes went by without anyone acknowledging my presence. It seemed like they were actually NOT trying to engage or acknowledge that I was there! I’ve been going to Leslie for a couple of years now and I can say she’s great. Very friendly and makes you feel super comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone.
