Their lack of knowledge or the experience needed to manage a case effectively was frustrating. This is hard when you are dealing already with grief from a loss. Their approach is not thorough in explanation of situations or next steps. These gaps in details have a negative impact to others decisions and time. There is also a gap in an ability to consult with empathy and consideration of their clients circumstances. Eric, Amy, Victoria, Lisa were awesome taking care of my wife's Mass Health applications and preparing health proxy and wills. Very professional, friendly, passionate!!!
Irresponsible and impossible to deal with as professionals/attorneys/people .. requested and received $9500 from me to probate my mothers small estate .. I did all the work and still have not been refunded any monies and they terminated representation after receiving addl certified check. Reprehensible
