The first couple months was a good experience but after that it went downhill first the washers and dryers didn’t work or they worked sometimes. The Air conditioner was to small and had to replace it the constant targeting because trash was set out of a hour or fines because (our dog was off his leash witch was 500$) the the toilet broke and took 2 days to fix .the shower leaked and still dose and maintenance dose nothing about it. When it snows it takes days to get the parking lot cleaned and even longer to get the walk way... read more
Noise & parties. Serious students or professionals beware!
Been living here for a couple years with my wife and we haven’t had any problems. Any issues we’ve had, they were always addressed within the same day or next business day. People I’ve met in the office and on maintenance have been very friendly and patient with us. If I had to recommend a starter apartment or someone new to town, hill crest is not a good place to go
