Really vile people. You can read the terms of the lease to be sure you understand, but those don't mean anything. They can just deprive you of 60 days notice and make you homeless and nobody will do anything about it. Also they only let you have guests six days a month. Did I mention how vile these people are?
I applied once and never even moved in and they charged me $1,100 for a month of rent and whatever other fees they charged. I never even spoke to anyone just filled out an application. Now it is affecting me buying a house because they charge you for everything. And it doesn’t matter what waiver you sign you will get charged. I never will or have recommended this place.
