I drove from Houston TX to this location in Oakwood because on the website it that that it was affiiated with the Oakwood Bank locations in Dallas, TX. I was wanting to cash a check that was written on an Oakwood Bank account and this location refused to cash the check. They said because it was not one of their local clients. they suggested that I drive into Dallas to cash the check(which I did).
