We were very impressed with both the staff and the facility. Everyone was very welcoming. Nancy was amazing answering all our questions and showing us all apartments in the size we were looking for. The amenities are amazing. My mother was very impressed and I am sure she will enjoy her time there. We are looking forward to visiting her there.
I’m extremely disappointed with the level of care and service at this assisted living facility. What’s being advertised and what’s actually being delivered are two very different things. There has been a consistent pattern of basic services not being available—services that residents are actively paying for. I am writing to formally share my feedback regarding my experience with Sonida Senior Living. Unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. I have found the organization to be highly disorganized, characterized by a constant environment of finger-pointing where no one appears to take responsibility for ongoing issues.
