Oakwood is a great facility with an incredible team of care givers. My grandmother was a resident for many years and was treated so kindly and respectfully.
Would not recommend them for in home sitting and care. Hired them to sit with a family member one day a week. First visit the girl was 20 minutes late and not professionally dress, next week she was a little over an hour late and showed up with her teenage boy which is completely unprofessional, I sent her away and called the coordinator. The coordinator was supposed to call me back in a few days to let me know if they had a replacement person, I didn't hear anything from her in almost 2 weeks, so I called and cancelled my c... read more
My father spent 3 weeks in Oakwood after a rough battle with COVID. The nursing and rehab team did an excellent job in getting Dad back on his feet and home. They not only treated my father with kindness but also my entire family that visited Dad often. I would truly recommend Oakwood Care Center with 5 stars !!!!!
They locked me in a closet and squirted ketchup under the door❤best vacay ever
