They failed to monitor my mother's basic diabetic levels resulting in her death from a fall. They also fail to inform families that white / gold card holders lose the benefits the veterans are entitled too resulting in specialist care no longer available for them. Some of the staff were really caring however so blame falls on management more than the staff
I highly recommend this place for your elderly loved ones, the staff are absolutely amazing, they took care of my father right up until he passed
A pensioner in her eighties was there via the RAH, prior to discharge. Believed rehab was going to happen, in five days nothing. Isolated in a small room, not good for one's wellbeing. Place has gone down hill, knew of it in past. Family arranged discharge, am home, happy apart from a BILL, cash only payment!!. A pensioner stressed with a bill for no treatment. WELL DONE SA HEALTH, ANOTHER FAILURE.
