They are not responsive to the residents needs. Not all the employees, some of them.
The water is greasy. The hallway stinks. The carpet is from the 70s. The woodwork and cabinets are painted over old dirt. No privacy.
Very clean...staff was very nice & respectful. Had a great time visiting with residents.
