I sent money out for a picture of my grandson playing football and also spoke to the person of oaktree about my picture of my and he promised me each time I spoke to him it was going to be in the mail asap but after weeks waiting I never received it
Oaktree Photography did the dance photos for where my daughter has her dance classes. Photos were ordered and taken in August of 2020. I received every excuse in the book, Covid this, the lab cropped them wrong, and Covid that. Very unresponsive that their preferred method is via text message, I'm guessing because they receive more complaints than orders. We finally received the pictures in November of 2020.
