Went to drop off an order to this business and the receptionist was beyond extremely rude. My job and app to deliver required a pin for the drop off. When I told her this she said “I’ve never heard of a pin” and instead of looking at her app she slammed the window so hard in my face it shook. Took me 25 min to get through support because without a pin it wouldn’t proceed to my next order until support cleared it. Great people
My experience with my therapist was great overall, but it seems as if there is a lot of disorganization within the front office. There were many times when I've shown up for my session and nobody was present at the office, forcing me wait outside until my therapist arrived. My payments for therapy were charged on an inconsistent basis as well.
