Don’t waste your time with OakStar. They put holds on your mobile deposits arbitrarily and inform you via mail 3 days later, meanwhile they return checks you’ve written. And on top of that, they leave the hold on well after the deposit has cleared making it appear as if you are overdrawn all the time, no matter what funds you have in there. I wonder how long the hold would have stayed if I hadn’t asked for clarification regarding the app showing I was overdrawn????
