This place is so amazing. Not so fast but the people are so friendly and super sweet they are always so kind. Christy this girl deserves a raise.
We came in to cash a check and were very disappointed. One of the ladies was very rude, acted like we had no business being there. After acting like she was being put out by us just being there, she very loudly told our teller "you better make sure their id's aren't expired". We're not idiots... but please, act like we're trying to pull one over on the bank. We've used them since they were bank of urbana, even after we moved and it was less convenient.
