If i could give it 0 stars I would. They treat you like a cog in the machine and not like a person. Accessing your own funds is made to be difficult, better request permissions in advance if you want your own money. They do not care about the individual at all, hate that this place bought my small town bank. It used to be such a nice, personable experience.
Terrible service terrible customer service....been there 100 times been carded dozens of times...the company I work for banks there cashed checks 4 three years ...this bank is trash......worst that I've ever experienced....do ur self a favor and bank with lime ....
Every time I have an issue, this bank continously proves why I made a great choice in putting my trust in them. I have never had a bank that takes such great care of me. The bank itself is clean and nice and the staff are always friendly and funny. I enjoy coming here. I will stick by them as they have stuck by me. This will be my bank for life! I appreciate you guys so much.
