Great community, site, and staff. My father spent 2 years here before passing and I can't speak highly enough of how much everyone went above and beyond for that difficult time. Thank you Therese, Sandy, Bridget and all of the staff for making our family comfortable, you're all wonderful!
Where do I even begin?? I was at my wits end trying to find a reputable community for mom, she was coming from a different state and to say the move was stressful is an under statement!! Enter the Oaks @Sawnee Creek and their amazingly skilled, professional, caring staff!! They held OUR hands thru the whole process, out my family at ease, were always available and made an incredibly difficult situation seamless!! Highly recommend!! 5 out of 5!!

If your agency stay away from this place. Mrs tech or cna. They give you the worst assignment to agency cna. I drove all the way from Decatur, ga to Suwannee which is an hour. I go there at 6:49 am. Shift starts at 7 am. Upon arrival the cna or med tech who was staffed to work there was not there and since I don’t know this facility or residents I had to wait for them to come.
