Great community, site, and staff. My father spent 2 years here before passing and I can't speak highly enough of how much everyone went above and beyond for that difficult time. Thank you Therese, Sandy, Bridget and all of the staff for making our family comfortable, you're all wonderful!

Where do I even begin?? I was at my wits end trying to find a reputable community for mom, she was coming from a different state and to say the move was stressful is an under statement!! Enter the Oaks @Sawnee Creek and their amazingly skilled, professional, caring staff!! They held OUR hands thru the whole process, out my family at ease, were always available and made an incredibly difficult situation seamless!! Highly recommend!! 5 out of 5!!

Being with the oaks at suwanee creek for almost 3 years going from a care partner to activities lifestyle director I feel that I am supported in any decisions that I make and that my team genuinely care about my well-being, both personally and professionally.” Regardless of where you land in a community, oaks at suwanee creek provides a personal service to seniors and providing families with peace of mind knowing their parent or loved one is receiving proper care and attention.

If your agency stay away from this place. Mrs tech or cna. They give you the worst assignment to agency cna. I drove all the way from Decatur, ga to Suwannee which is an hour. I go there at 6:49 am. Shift starts at 7 am. Upon arrival the cna or med tech who was staffed to work there was not there and since I don’t know this facility or residents I had to wait for them to come. They came around 7:15-7:20 am. Eventually they give me my assignment. I had about 4-5 ppl I had to get up while the staff cna didn’t have anyone to ge... read more
