This assisted living facility provides a warm, welcoming environment that truly feels like home. The staff are incredibly compassionate and attentive, treating each resident with dignity and respect. The variety of activities and social events keeps everyone engaged and connected. It gives me peace of mind knowing my loved one is safe, well cared for, and genuinely happy here- Jordan!
They play games with their employees and mistreat them, I was approved for pto but then made to come in on schedule
Both my parents, Alice and Herbert Hendley were at the Oaks for a few years before I moved them in 2022 to be closer to me. There are some very dedicated, kind and caring folks, who do their best with the situation given. That said, I would urge anyone who decides to place an aging family member at the Oaks to be sure to put cameras in all the rooms and make sure all jewelry is kept in a safe.
