They play games with their employees and mistreat them, I was approved for pto but then made to come in on schedule
Both my parents, Alice and Herbert Hendley were at the Oaks for a few years before I moved them in 2022 to be closer to me. There are some very dedicated, kind and caring folks, who do their best with the situation given. That said, I would urge anyone who decides to place an aging family member at the Oaks to be sure to put cameras in all the rooms and make sure all jewelry is kept in a safe. I was supposed to have an interview here this morning at 11am. While I was sitting in my car, I received a missed call from Jessica. I called back, She had the nastiest attitude. I pulled right out the parking lot. NO ma'am!!! I hope that she and her team has a great day. No one should ever endure disrespect on the phone. I would hate to see her attitude in the work space.
Great place to live. Grounds are well maintained. Staff are great
