Communication is clear and compassionate, and any concerns are addressed quickly. The environment feels warm, respectful, and truly resident-centered. I’m grateful for the peace of mind they provide every day.
My parents just moved to The Oaks by Windham. What a fabulous place! They love the food and they enjoy multiple fun activities every day. Katie, Gail and all of the staff excel in creating a family atmosphere. They bend over backwards to meet the needs of the residents.

Everyone on the staff are always very friendly and helpful, my grandmother is a resident and she loves it! I like that they gave her a necklace with a button to press in the case she needs help they are on call to her needs 24/7. The entertainment director and all of the social events they have has gotten my granny out and around more people than she has done is a long time! I appreciate all of the kindness and care you give to my dear granny! I highly recommend this place to anyone in need!
