I toured this facility for my loved one and received excellent results. For a private pay facility, that uses long term care policies, it’s very nice. The facility is warm & welcoming, the residents seem to like it there. They have a chef, a salon, a chapel & studio & apartment style rooms. I recently worked here as a Care partner. The so called “Care partners” are extremely abusive!! The whole staff sleeps or hides. God forbid if you ask for help. Residents don’t get changed or check on until an hour before it’s time to switch shift. I’ve seen elderly been yanked, hit, and literally dragged out of the bed!!!! Patients don’t have a voice so of course things don’t get reported here. Patients are constantly falling on the floor & sitting in urine. Patients clothing & food constantly get mixed up. Omg this company is a mess. If you are a CNA they will used you for housekeeping job and literally everything 🤦♀️🤦♀️they lucky supply this one of the worst management have ever seen. Yall be mindful where you looking out for jobs.
