Bailey met me with a smile. She was professional, personable and knowledgeable. We met in a private room before touring the facility. Bailey answered all of my questions and concerns. She asked me what I was looking for in a facility for my mother. Bailey asked about my mother's interests and current daily routine. I toured this facility for my loved one and received excellent results. For a private pay facility, that uses long term care policies, it’s very nice. The facility is warm & welcoming, the residents seem to like it there. They have a chef, a salon, a chapel & studio & apartment style rooms. I recently worked here as a Care partner. The so called “Care partners” are extremely abusive!! The whole staff sleeps or hides. God forbid if you ask for help. Residents don’t get changed or check on until an hour before it’s time to switch shift. I’ve seen elderly been yanked, hit, and literally dragged out of the bed!!!! Patients don’t have a voice so of course things don’t get reported here. Patients are constantly falling on the floor & sitting in urine. Patients clothing & food constantly get mixed up.
