Terrible facility. I wouldn’t waste my time, money, or breath. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.
My experience at the Oaks at Douglasville has been wonderful. The care and loving environment that Tess and Remy and Edith has shown my sister is so heartfelt. I can go about my normal life because I know she is being very well taken care. My sister has been diagnosed with dementia. She is the longest resident on the memory care side, almost 3 years now and I wouldn’t think of moving her. The facility is always clean the food is always tasty it’s a great place.
