My mother, Catherine Smith, lived at The Oaks for 2 years before her recent passing. All of her children live in Texas, but we were so thankful for the wonderful care and compassion shown to our mom while living at The Oaks since we were several hours away from her. We couldn't have asked for a better living situation for her since she did not want to move back to Texas once she was unable to live independently. It's a beautiful facility, caring/friendly people, great food, and excellent care. I cannot thank them enough.
