Katie is an amazing director, every morning I dropped my son off I was greeted with a smile and a welcome. The care my son received was top-notch and I felt that he received individual attention that was above and beyond what I was expecting. Katie's energy was contagious and I always felt that she was doing what was in my best interests as well as my sons and genuinely cared about our well-being.
Was told repeatedly by the director Katie that there was a spot for our child once he turned two (and possibly sooner). I asked repeatedly if she needed anything to secure the spot and she said no. After a tour I sent several follow up emails. She assured me that she would love to have my child attend and had space once he turned two. If I could give a 10 star rating for Oakridge I would. Oakridge has been so so amazing to my son and I. I toured so many different day cares for my son to attend but when I came across Oakridge I felt so good about sending my son here. I did 2 separate tours with both Katie and Jessie. My son went here for 3.5 years. His teachers were always amazing and when Kindercare finally appointed Lisa as the center director for this particular center the overall quality of the center sky rocketed! It felt more homey, building updates were made, and communication increased. The center director Lisa and asst. center Tina, made a very positive impact on this center, staff, children and parents.
