I wanted with all my heart to give at least a five star rating but unfortunately because of their 3th shift can not! People on this shift were Lazy, Would not answer the call button, and seemed at times they were asleep! The first and the second shift were phenomenal. This place is so beautiful, serene and well kept. I walk into many facilities, and meet with many people, not only is this place wonderful , it is filled with many smiling kind faces. I met with Lucy social worker, and just by speaking to her, I knew the people living here were in great hands. Lucy is so knowledgeable, kind, patient and so caring. I would recommend this place from just one glance.
