This place is nice as far as some nurses ... The facility has bugs cockroach s . The administration is nice until you pay and get sind up . They don't check on you . And it's unsafe . The residents can't go outside.its like a grave yard . I give it a 1. Because of the food .
When I have gone there, it’s been great however, if I need to get in touch with anyone at the establishment, I’ve never had anyone call me back ever
The facility is well organized. Rehab, nursing, and CNAs really care about the residents and it shows.
I just pulled my mom from this location today 6/01/2025!!! When we arrived the first thing we witnessed was two nurses yelling and arguing in the hallway about to get into an altercation! I go into my mom’s room and the smell was horrific!!!! The whole room smelled like urine. The lady informed us that my mother had not been changed or even checked on. She was soaked in urine.
