Horrible place to work. Very unprofessional and management is absolutely horrendous. They don't care about their employees, they tell us we are a "dime a dozen", they work against us and they want the CNA'S to be team players but management wont be on your team. They are all on a team of their own. The resident's don't like the executive director and complain about her all the time, that right there tells you there is a problem. Management is rude and unprofessional. The staff is always short handed, though I can't blame them for not coming in due to the way management treats them. The whole building is run in an unorganized fashion and no structure of management is in place. I would not put my dead dog in this place
Horrible management. Christi & Robyn who are suppose to be leaders are absolutely the rudest people. Not very pleasant. Staff is always short & I can see why! New management is needed!
