Mike helped my aunt get her roof replaced when her insurance company was refusing to pay for it. They were extremely professional and transparent- would highly recommend!

I would give them 0 star if I could. My house had a wind and hail damage caused by a hurricane happened in last Aug and my adjust coordinator is James Garcia. my contractor suggest me contacting them. Everything went well before signing the contract, then I don’t ever hear back from at all. I got about 5-6 email communication in the last 8 months and most of them were communication they send me after I called and ask them to do so. Small claim but managed as if it were larger. So far my experience has been more than initially expected.
We worked with David Milchan and Spencer Lee from Oakmont Public Adjusting (a division of PALM Partners). They went above and beyond to get our claim filed and paid. I hope we never have another insurance claim, but if we do, we would not hesitate to use these two adjusters again. We had a very complicated claim but David and Spencer did a fantastic job of taking care of it all. We never even had to speak with our insurance company at all.
