I am very concerned about the lack of safety measures at this senior living facility. My siblings currently work here and have had to deal with multiple break-ins during the overnight shifts. This is extremely troubling not only for the staff who are trying to do their jobs, but also for the residents who deserve to feel safe and protected where they live. We had a truly wonderful experience touring Oakmont of Orange Assisted Living and Memory Care. From the moment we arrived, Antonio welcomed us with warmth and provided an informative, engaging tour. He was knowledgeable, kind, and made us feel completely at home. During our visit, we enjoyed a delicious lunch, and the service was outstanding. Edited to say this was originally written in 2020. I'll submit a more recent review for 2023 I come here almost everyday to drop off goodies or supplies for my Mom or I stay to visit her . Mom's been in memory care since July 18, 2020. She has a beautiful room with a big window to the courtyard . She's well cared for by all the staff . There isn't one person employed here that hasn't been accommodating , helpful , caring , sweet , responsible, compassionate , and listened to me whenever I just needed to talk . I’m a new Oakmont of Orange resident. I came from a SNF looking to try and get healthier and do for myself. After working with the Sr Administration I came here as I felt I was treated with respect and dignity during the whole process and was told the truth across the entire interview. This facility is upbeat with a very friendly staff who works well together and supports the residents. I’m happy I made this move.
