Too much to write here but in a nut shell do NOT believe what this place tells you at all, care here is subpar at best, staff are not trained, turnover is high for a reason. This may be a place for active seniors but NOT for elders who need help (which is what they sold us). Food is NOT what they sell you either. Thankfully we got our loved one OUT after they caused her condition to worsen. On another note they do not negotiate their exorbitant $9500.00 "community" fee which is for what? I have a family member who lives in this community and when I tell you it's top notch, service and amenities. They live up to every word. I was recently there for a brunch and it was beautiful. Residents were humming with joy. The food was absolutely superb. All the management staff and other staff members were very helpful and accommodating as they always are. I wish I had gotten a picture of the food, again amazing culinary team they have there.
Perhaps it’s a nice place to live but the staff is completely incompetent and unprofessional. I’m a professional pianist and events organizer who performed for a company event at Oakmont of Fullerton back in September. I brought in a jazz trio and performed for their staff and residents. It’s been over 6 months since the event and despite completing all the necessary paperwork, and following up regularly, I still haven’t been paid.
