Too much to write here but in a nut shell do NOT believe what this place tells you at all, care is subpar at best, staff are not trained, turnover is high for a reason. This may be a place for active seniors but NOT for elders who need help (which is what they sold us). Food is NOT what they sell you either, thankfully we got our loved one OUT after they caused her condition to worsen. Let's just say everyone is opinionated and it's best to visit every facility that you are interested in yourself. There are other places I have been where they roll out the red carpet but when I speak with those who live there they are miserable. I have been to a good handful of Oakmont Fullerton's events and every interaction was warm and welcoming, from Care Staff, Dining, to Management. Oakmont of Fullerton Is a beautiful facility. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. activities keep everybody moving and the residents are very happy.
