had to wait almost 30 minutes at pickup cuz I forgot i had to have a code, and nobody answered the phone when I called. The assistant lady was straight-up rude and unprofessional. Jaya or jada was just standing there watching, rolling her eyes, and then started yelling at the kids instead of helping i wouldnt ever recommend this place. my grandchildren come home sick or hurt almost every other day, and nobody tells me what’s going on. most of the time they come home smelling like pee /barely wiped with poop still on them and... read more

RUN!!! I put my grandaugther here because it was close to my husbands' job. I thought it was great then the red flags started to appear. 1.) The staff started quitting and they hired alot of young people that looked and dressed unprofessionally with wild color hair. 2.) They would mix up and miss place the kids clothes and bottles sent to the wrong home. 3.) Staff was ALWAYS SICK and wore no mask. My baby got sick with pneumonia and an ear infection at 9 months old. I thought this place was pretty nice… but at drop off today, I was shown otherwise, at least regarding the toddlers teacher. My son is a mamas boy and has a hard time at drop off. Nothing too crazy, just upset and got the waterworks, I dropped him off in his class, the teacher gave neither of us any acknowledgment, sighed when he started crying, and appeared extremely annoyed.
