This is a review as a independent contractor for an owner-operator based out of atlanta. I drove for Oakley for 4 months. Every company offers a different menu. There line is work was live load, life unload. This could take several hours. Then a tank Wash. This could take several hours as well. Due to no fault of their own. I spent several days laid over in a truck stop. If this sounds like your line of work then Oakley would be a good company for you. This did not work for me and my family. So I had to quit
Driving 95 N through the Carolinas 4/30/25 truck number 21700 was all over the road. Cutting cars and other trucks off. I was shocked at the lack of respect from this driver. He was laughing and jumping in his seat for miles. Drove through construction recklessly and in the fast lane for miles.
Truck #21716, Maine tag# 5051608 on rt 40 headed towards Knoxville TN, driver is texting and driving; and instead of letting me merge on the interstate he tried to run me off the highway. Thankfully I know how to drive and was able to prevent the accident that he was trying to cause.
