I’ve been taking my bikes to Matt at Oakley bike shop for several years. I recommend Oakley bike shop to anyone who mentions they need work done on a bike. Matt communicates quickly and always gives accurate times on when my bikes will be ready for pick up/when I can drop them off. Matt has even given me pointers on how to maintain my bikes so that I can do certain maintenance myself. He always makes sure the work is completed to my satisfaction. He will continue to get all of my bike maintenance related business.
He was very kind. He was willing to work with me at a strange hour. Fair prices. Homey environment. He noticed a couple things wrong with the tuning while he was replacing the chain that broke on me. Really seems competent in his abilities.
Completely destroyed my brand new SRAM brakes!! Stay away!!!!!
Matt did a better job servicing my bicycle than any commercial bike shop ever did. Matt is knowledgable experienced and accommodating on a Sunday. My bicycle works the way it was meant to now. Thank you Matt.
