Ms. Simyran has been incredible with my son, who has autism. He’s starting to make eye contact, interact more, and come out of his shell. She’s truly amazing!
Long Post Warning! But if you want the truth, READ it all!!!! My daughter has attended the Oakleaf Kindercare since August of 2024, and while there have been a few directors, The regional team wanted a great fit. I am THAT parent who will call whomever to ensure the best and safest experience for my child. After speaking with management, several parent info. meetings were scheduled and held. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY OR COMPANY!!! The emotional trauma inflicted on our family by KinderCare's poor corporate leadership shouldn't be experienced by anyone else. We have been at this location since it opened in 2020 and have had nine different directors. Only three were good at their jobs (Ms. Paula, Ms. Terri, and Ms. Brittani). Unfortunately, Ms. Terri and Ms. Brittani both came into less-than-ideal situations and were not given the proper amount of time to fix all the wrong that corporate has done with this location.... read more
[UPDATED May 2025] In just a few short months, corporate management has managed to destroy what was a wonderful place for children and families. After losing Ms. Brittani as the director and then having Ms. Joceline escorted off campus like a common criminal, they've hired a new director who has a long history of short stints in a variety of other childcare facilities. The Oakleaf KinderCare is a great place for my son. Trust me I am very picky when it comes to my kids. As an educator myself I love the principals they set in place and the curriculum that they teach. This school provides school readiness as well as some enrichment activities such as Amazing Athletes which my son can now start and dances classes every week.
