I went in today to deposit some cash and was out in 8 mins. Jim was very helpful and kind.
Today, I had a conversation with Kasey, identified by her employee number 2798, and unfortunately, she provided me with a significant amount of incorrect information regarding the banking credit card policies. Dealing with her made the process of releasing an unauthorized hold excessively challenging. She seemed to imply that my request to have the funds returned to my account ahead of schedule was somehow inappropriate. They take a long time to answer calls (I plan to wait roughly 30 minutes since that is on average how long they take to answer.). However, once they answer the phone they are incredibly helpful and supportive! Helped me get back my money when someone committed fraud on my account!
