Good but mobile app is ALWAYS DOWN they need to get a new system and/or fire whoever is over it *UPDATE: AGAIN I CANT EVEN ACCESS MY MONEY and today they won’t deposit my check you guys are awful
I banked here since my undergrad & make the mistake to keep it after I graduated. It’s suited for adults w/ real life problems. The mobile app only works 80 per cent of the time. But, when they play w/ my money by having a bank-wide system failure w/ electronic deposits is the last straw!
I went in today to deposit some cash and was out in 8 mins. Jim was very helpful and kind.
Today, I had a conversation with Kasey, identified by her employee number 2798, and unfortunately, she provided me with a significant amount of incorrect information regarding the banking credit card policies. Dealing with her made the process of releasing an unauthorized hold excessively challenging. She seemed to imply that my request to have the funds returned to my account ahead of schedule was somehow inappropriate.
