The folks have always been courteous and professional. Whether they are at the receptionist's desk or just walking down the correct they usually greet you with a smile. If you seem lost, they offer you assistance. There is no foul smells as in other similar places. I was glad that we could have our brother there for his time of recovery.
Very polite and helpful with myself, but. My mother rings for the nurses and has to wait a very very long time. When and if they show up. They're very helpful. I understand they're busy so then I guess they are understaffed. Overall nice so far.
