I've given them 3 chances to redeem themselves each time with the promise that THIS time I would be put on auto-fill. Well, guess what? No show and I ran out on a Sat while out of town and sub zero weather. I had to have people camp out hooking up mini propane tanks just so I wouldn't come home to frozen pipes. And also a "we're sorry but we can't come out til Monday and the guy who was supposed to put you on a schedule has been fired and it won't happen again." Until it happened again. Buh-bye.
IF YOU LIKE TO RUN OUT OF PROPANE DO BUSINESS WITH OAKLAND FUELS. They have serious issues when it comes to scheduling deliveries, and they make no exceptions.THEY STILL WILL NOT FIX THE PROBLEM! EVEN IF IT'S 10 BELOW ZERO AND THEY SCREWED UP YOUR ACCOUNT! Plus even when you pay your bill they keep billing you saying they didn't receive a payment---that is until you call with a check number and then give them a copy of the cancelled check. THEY WASTE YOUR TIME AND MAKE YOU PAY!
