I had a 20ft container shipped from Hawaii with Matson. OCT had the correct certifications to pick up the container from Matson at the port. OCT was easy to work with and communicated well, very quick to respond to my questions, and made it easy to schedule. Everyone that I interacted with was helpful. Payment and scheduling were easy to manage. If I ever needed a container from the Oakland port I will absolutely use them again.
