We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood within minutes of shopping, clinics, and hospital. Our facilities offer a home-like environment where our residents are able to remain as independent as possible yet receive 24-hour care as needed. My experience with this company was awful. Made it 6 hours. Would not recommend employment, or residency. N they won't even pay me for the terrible 6 hours I survived
Worked there for 6 months and it was a disaster. Management and caregivers come and go like a swinging door. They promise bonuses to pick up shifts because they are so short staffed but they don't pay the bonuses out. I was told by Jaime, the administrator, if I considered coming back then she would think about paying me the 300.00 in bonuses she failed to pay. Management is big on bribery and scare tactics! Not a good place to work and definitely not a good place to live!

This facility has come a long way. Staff is happy, funny and very welcoming! Under new management there have been many noticable changes.
