Went to see Ben as my shoulder was agony. Few sessions sorted it right out. Very good service and would recommend

Fantastic service. Been to a few physios and they are far and away the best I’ve dealt with. Ben is very knowledgeable and got me back to my best in record time!
I have been here regularly seeing Ben for about 12 weeks recovering from an upper humerus fracture which involved my tendon. I was even struggling sleeping before I came. Within 10 days I was sleeping well. I have a much better range of movement now. I am much stronger. I honestly do not think I would have got better without Ben's help. He really cares about his clients and wants to make a difference. Thanks Ben.
I am extremely pleased with the service Ben has provided using a variety of techniques on my shoulder which means I am at last pretty much pain free and can restart exercising again, with his guidance to minimise another flare up!
