I was invited to tour the facility today. The person who invited me confirmed I was on my way and left before I got there. The lobby that closes at 8pm was closed just after 5pm. Nobody came to the door despite following posted instructions. I met a man who told me his friend is constantly ignored for long periods of time daily.
