Tried to stop payment on a payment that I did not receive the service for. They dropped the ball because they don't know what they are doing and the time expired but the bank did give me the money back. Their website gives me constant problems. Doesn't allow a VPN which the main place you need to use it. Logging on is slower than anything on the internet. Then they say too many failed attempts and force you to change you password. I have to CALL to get my balance so I am looking for a new bank now... FYI
honestly i went in not expecting much, just needed to sort out a quick transfer for a trip i had coming up and figured id be in and out with the usual bank hassle but the person helping me actually knew what they were doing and got everything set up in maybe ten minutes which felt like a record the lobby itself is pretty nice too, clean and not that depressing fluorescent vibe you get at bigger places only thing is the parking lot is a bit of a mess, barely any spots and people just kinda park wherever they want which makes ... read more
