One of the greatest banks in town! I opened The Bill and Sallie Ann Bower Animal Rescue Foundation located at the Oak Valley Community Bank in Stockton. Lori Strasser was a tremendous help to me. I am forever grateful for the wonderful service and compassion for this very difficult time in my life and the Bill and Sallie Ann Bower family. Blessings to you and your staff.

Do not bank at this bank if you are a person of color!! I received a Cashier's check from this bank from the sale of a house, it was electronically put in this bank and I was given a cashier's check. When Bank of Stockton said Oak Valley would not verify funds I called Oak Valley and spoke to the Manager who sign the cashier's check and was told they didn't like 2 large transactions in the same day, come back MONDAY..So DO NOT take your business to this bank!!!
