Very clean, and the worker on the office are so kindly.
If you are called off the waiting list , do not hesitate to sign a lease. The rent here is so low, it will open up many economic possibilities you never had before. Like actually saving money. The facilities and maintenance are top notch. You will find no better amoung low income senior housing. Just be forewarned that this is a very diversified place. A very pleasant place to transact business. The front office is very respectful and courteous. The residents are kind and welcoming.
