If I could give 0 stars I would. Had the most terrible experience ever with the store owner. He was smelling of alcohol while he "helped" us. He said so many words, but nothing of value or sense to convince us from buying the same appliance of another brand. But we did to just be done, we needed the applicance. Did he get a better cut? Maybe. Was it more expensive- YES!! I felt looted. Not only that, he opened up the box to show us its parts, and did NOT pack all parts back. Bought a roti maker. It simply won't even flatten a ball of dough by 20%. Tried to return it and was treated terribly. Didn't take it back, now I have a useless item that is of no use. It was 35 dollars. Kindly beware of items bought, if they don't work, there's a chance it won't be accepted back and you'll also be yelled at for it. An extra star because once upon a time, we got help with a sim card.
