The team at Oak Summit is amazing. I live about two hours from them, and was instilled with an immediate sense of trust when bidding on their items. While photos can sometimes miss damages, these errors are few and far between. Out of 24 lots purchased, overlooked damages have only been found in 2 lots, neither of which significantly impacted the value of the lot. See update that follows - Not happy with recent auction win. Bought a ceramic bowl, the pictures on the listing did not reveal the divot inside the bowl. Says "as is" however description infers that it was in good condition. Listing is shown -you judge. No mention of defect. Edit - I have updated my review as the vendor did reach out and made a complete refund of this item.
