I had a very disappointing experience at Oak Ridges Vision. They ordered the wrong contact lenses for me, and when I went back to exchange them, the staff member I dealt with was patronizing and unhelpful. Instead of simply acknowledging the mistake and fixing it, he kept asking “Who recommended these?”—when in reality, they were the ones who recommended them to me in the first place! Excellent customer service! Beautiful people are working there.
I had floaters and flashes of light. It was very concerning . I called and got an appointment right away, and Dr Porter was very thorough, kind and helped explain what was going on. I highly recommend oakridges vision centre.
