RecommendedThe nurses and CNAs are wonderful. Kind, compassionate and loving. My complaint is the time it takes to get a room phone. We have waited months. When we ask we are told they can't get in touch with their phone man and it doesn't happen overnight. It's been 45-60 overnights and still no phone or answer when he will get one. His cellphone kept coming up missing so we had to have a room phone. There is no sense of urgency from upper staff. No acknowledgement that this can be detrimental to a patient's mental health. After a Break and surgery in my Grams (AKA Mary Looney) the family chose Oak Ridge for her Therapy... Thanks so much to ALL the Staff and Administration for the care and work you did for her. The NEVER giving up no matter how hard it got. We had a 3 month stay and have been home walking and talking about her Extended family... she looks forward to visiting the Dominoes group and playing sometime. We would recommend them 100%. Thank you all.....

My daddy Scotty McWilliams has been there for a few months, and it's been nothing but smiles from him and myself! I absolutely LOVE all the people who work there. Best personalities and the friendliest people I have ever met! They treat my daddy so good as if he was their family member. I HIGHLY recommend Oakridge Nursing Home and I thank you all that work there!
Just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to all the staff at PT and rehab.. My husband was there for awhile after his surgery and they all spoiled him..
