Don't believe the 5 star reviews. They are no doubt fake. At night OPP told us that they have only 1 aid on staff per 24 residents. How does that qualify as excellent care in time of urgent need. Unfortunately, there is not a "zero stars" option. Having a family member, there is an ongoing struggle. There are a few staff members who are consistent, responsible and truly caring. I called for 2 hours and no one answers the phone!!! This is ridiculous after being told we can call anytime there is always some one there to answer the phone. I could drive there and back. We are so disappointed! Folks, you need to do your do diligence for your loved one. Don't be sucked in by decorations and the feel of a newer facility or the fake reviews with no specifics that only serve to raise the star rating.
