Brenda who frequently answers the phone will tell you that she will send an email or send you to a voicemail to the Manager Megan, Liz, etc. and somebody will call you back. My father is paying more than $8000 a month for my mother to get proper care there. It has been a week & no phone call. I'm a musician and played at Oak Park Place Oak Creek and it was wonderful! The staff is so friendly and place is really nice. They have a beautiful music performance room that's a great place for people to gather.
